The Saskatchewan Party’s expansion of the provincial sales tax to movie theatres, Rider games and gyms October 1st is a mistake, according to the official opposition. Finance Minister Donna Harpauer defended the PST expansion in Question Period Monday, saying people in Saskatchewan will still have a low cost for utilities and other taxes.
