A Member Of Yorkton Council Vies For SUMA’s Presidency

A veteran member of Yorkton City Council has entered the race to become SUMA president when the group holds their election at the convention in Regina next Tuesday. Randy Goulden is looking to complete the term of Rodger Hayward, who was elected last year, but had to resign due to job commitments. Goulden was first elected to council in 1997, and has served as SUMA’s East Central Regional director for almost 20 years, and on the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Board of Directors for 14.
