Saskatchewan Sees A Decrease In COVID-19 Activity

Saskatchewan saw a slight decrease in COVID-19 activity.

Of the 6,951 lab tests performed this past week, 829 were positive for the virus, down from 889 the previous week.

22 confirmed outbreaks of COVID-19 are being reported in long-term and care home settings, while Saskatchewan saw another 14 deaths.

In addition, the province’s supply of Astra-Zeneca vaccines expires on April 30th, and Saskatchewan will not acquire any more doses
