The Ukrainian Catholic Bishop for Saskatchewan, is being transfered to Toronto.

Pope Francis has appointed Bishop Bryan Bayda as the Bishop of Toronto and Eastern Canada.

Bishop Bryan is well-known in the Parkland region.

He spent many years as a priest at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in Yorkton, and he went to high school at St. Vladimir’s College in Roblin.
