86-year-old Minnedosa/Brandon area man missing in the Yorkton area

The public’s help is needed in finding a missing 86-year-old man from the Minnedosa-Brandon areas.

William Loewen, who also goes by the name Bill, was last seen earlier today (Fri) around 4:30 a.m. at a rural residence between Saltcoats and Bredenbury, asking where to buy fuel and appeared disoriented, then left in a red 2015 GMC Terrain with Manitoba plate K-X-G 4-7-7, on Highway 16 towards Yorkton.

He was also last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark ball cap, red and black fleece vest with a yellow shirt underneath, and also uses a cane.

Loewen is described as 5-feet 8-inches tall with grey/white hair, moustache and beard, and is a diabetic.

RCMP note he is not familiar with the Yorkton area, and if anyone knows of his whereabouts to contact the Yorkton RCMP at 306-786-2400.
