One of two Kawacatoose First Nation men charged in connection with an alleged assault on the reserve last week has made another court appearance.

On May 6th, Punnichy RCMP responded to a report of an assault, that resulted in a man being transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

20-year-old Talon Worme and 28-year-old Jesse Worme – remain in custody, with each facing several charges, including Robbery and Aggravated Assault.

At his appearance yesterday in Regina, Jesse Worme’s bail hearing was adjourned to next Tuesday (17th) in Punnichy, while Talon Worme’s next appearance is set for tomorrow (FRI) in Regina.
