The Saskatchewan weekly crop report says only 14 percent of spring seeding has been completed, province-wide. Seeding in the east central region sits at just three percent. Saskatchewan Agriculture’s Matt Struthers says crops that were seeded over the past two weeks should be emerging if moisture conditions are favourable.
