Woman Sentenced to Prison for Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm

A woman convicted of Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm and Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm, has been sentenced.

In Yorkton Court of Queen’s Bench today (Fri), 26-year-old Chelsea Byblow was given 33 months in prison, followed by an 18-month driving ban.

In September of 2018, Byblow was driving on Highway 52 near Ituna, when the truck hit the ditch, struck an approach, and rolled.

Her three passengers were injured, including one woman who was left paralysed from the ribs down.
