New court date set for Whitewood business owner on trial for drug-related charges

A Whitewood business owner, currently standing trial on drug-related charges, has a new court date.

50-year-old Jerry Martin will be back in Regina Court of Queen’s Bench on August 23rd.

In November of 2016, Mounties raided a home and a business in Whitewood, and they seized cash, marijuana, hash oil, cell phones, computers, and three vehicles.

Martin faces numerous charges relating to the operation of what police call an unlawful marijuana dispensary.
