A Woman Charged In The Death Of A Sask. Mountie Was Back In Court

One of two Winnipeg residents charged following the death of Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton last summer, was back in court yesterday. June 12, 2021 in Wolseley, Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen from Manitoba, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over. 43-year-old Marlene Pagee, who is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, will make her next appearance in Regina Provincial Court on August 25th. Her co-accused, 42-year-old Alphonse Traverse, has been order to stand trial for First Degree Murder, though no date has been set.
