An Ituna Man Charged In A Regina Robbery Was Back In Court

An Ituna man charged in connection with a robbery at a Regina business earlier this year, was back in court Friday. On February 25th, police were notified of an attempted robbery, in which the male suspect passed a note to the clerk, indicating that he had a gun, and wanted cash, however he fled the scene empty-handed. Around the same time, police were advised of a stolen vehicle in a parking lot near the scene of the attmepted robbery, and that vehicle was later located in Lumsden, and the driver was arrested on March 31st. 26-year-old Timothy Jones was released from custody, and will make his next appearance in Regina Court on August 15th.
