A 30-year-old man, charged in connection with an alleged assault, made another court appearance Monday in The Pas. On April 4th, Mounties confirmed in a media release, that Shane Knutson, of the Opaskwayak Cree Nation, had been arrested. He remains in custody, and his next court date has been set for next Monday, in The Pas. On March 30th, RCMP received a report of a 40-year-old OCN man who had been shot in The Pas, suffering serious, but non life-threatening injuries.
