The city of Yorkton is updating its regulations for mobile vendors which will be in effect beginning January 1st. Mayor Mitch Hippsley says that vendors with only a mobile site will be charged a business license fee of 250-dollars to operate in the city, while mobile vendors with a permanent location in the city will only pay 50-dollars. The funeral for Queen Elizabeth the Second was held yesterday. The City of Yorkton held a memorial for the queen at the cenotaph.
