One of two people charged after a robbery in Regina, was back in court yesterday. On August 27th, Regina Police received a report about a person being assaulted by as many as three people, and after a search of the area, officers found a man with a pink bag that was ID’d by the victim, then later on, a female walked by with a backpack, that the victim identified as their property. 34-year-old Darnell Sangwais of Regina and 18-year-old Phoenix Papequash of Montmartre are each charged with Robbery, and a warrant remains in effect for Papequash. Sangwais appeared yesterday in Regina, and he remains in custody, to appear again on October 6th.
