Special Weather Statement Issued

A Colorado Low tracking through the U.S Midwest will bring some significant snow to southeastern Saskatchewan and southern Manitoba starting tonight. Up to 30 cm is possible in some areas, and a special weather statement has been issued by Environment Canada for many parts of both provinces. Russ Murley with Precision Weather expects the immediate Yorkton area will get about 8 cm, but he cautions the snow, even minor, will be with us for 36 hours before the system moves off to the east.
