New Court Date Set for Swan River Man Accused of Breaking Into the Same House Twice

A Swan River man arrested in connection with two incidents at the same residence, has appeared in court again.

Just before midnight on September 24th, Mounties say a man broke into a home, assaulted a man, and stole a cellphone and a bicycle.

The next morning, the same suspect broke into the same home, smashing items, and stealing a hammer, and then went to a Main Street business, where he allegedly smashed two parked vehicles, and windows of the business, with flying glass injuring a female employee.

37-year-old Jeremy Gingras was in Dauphin Court yesterday (Mon), where he was remanded in custody to June 25th.
