New Court Date for Man Accused of Murder on Ochapowace First Nation

An Ochapowace First Nation man charged with Second Degree Murder for a death on the reserve, has appeared in court again.

32-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to June 12th.

On April 20th, Broadview RCMP were called to a home on the Ochapowace First Nation.

32-year-old Elias Still was pronounced dead at the scene.
