Country Thunder Saskatchewan is set to return to Craven Valley next summer with a heavyweight mix of country stars, rock icons and new festival additions.
The festival announced its 2026 dates, running July 9-12 and a trio of major headliners: newly crowned CMA Entertainer of the Year Lainey Wilson, GRAMMY-winning rock band Creed and country hitmaker Riley Green.
“We’re thrilled to bring this level of talent back to Saskatchewan,” said Country Thunder CEO Troy Vollhoffer. “Country Thunder is all about creating an unforgettable weekend filled with high-energy performances, memorable moments and the unique atmosphere that only Craven Valley can provide. We’re thrilled to add an additional value to ticket holders with our brand-new bull riding event.”
That new attraction, Buckin’ Thunder, is billed as a refreshed, high-adrenaline bull-riding showcase designed to match the energy of the festival’s main stage. The addition brings a rodeo edge to the long-running music event, offering fans another way to take in prairie culture between sets.
The festival will also showcase a broad slate of emerging and established acts.
CCMA Fans’ Choice winner Cameron Whitcomb, viral sensation Gavin Adcock and Americana newcomer Max McNown are among the performers set to make their mark.
They’ll be joined by The Dead South, Kalsey Kulyk, Noeline Hofmann, Sasha, Dasha, Sully Burrows, Zach McPhee, Robyn Ottolini, Logan Layman and others.
Tickets are available at countrythunder.com/sk, with a $20 payment plan offered to help fans secure their weekend passes.
