The latest SJHL power rankings are out, and the Flin Flon Bombers remain on top.
Flin Flon’s long unbeaten streak ended Friday in Kindersley, but they answered with a 4–1 win the next night. The Bombers still lead the league by three points with two games in hand, and eight of their final ten at the Whitney Forum.
The Yorkton Terriers hold second place. Their streak ended against Estevan, but they rebounded to beat Humboldt and have four straight home games to close February. Under Emery Olauson, Yorkton has now delivered back-to-back 30-win seasons.
The Battlefords North Stars climb to third after a dominant week, outscoring La Ronge and Kindersley 15–4 in three wins. The Weyburn Red Wings sit fourth after a .500 stretch but remain in the home-ice mix, with Josh Sale heating up.
The Nipawin Hawks slipped to fifth after a tough road swing but rebounded with a big win at home on Wednesday. Melville Millionaires are sixth following two key wins, and the Melfort Mustangs are seventh, just one point out of a playoff spot.
The Estevan Bruins move to eighth after statement wins over Yorkton and Nipawin. Rounding out the rankings: the Kindersley Klippers, Humboldt Broncos, Warman Wolverines, and La Ronge Ice Wolves.
