Yorkton Woman Charged With Murder, Back in Custody

A Yorkton woman arrested in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last summer, is back in custody, after being released on bail in April.
19-year-old Taiya Hudy is charged with the Second Degree Murder of 25-year-old Colin Focht, and will return to Yorkton Provincial Court tomorrow (Tue).
The three other people arrested for the same alleged incident, also have upcoming court appearances scheduled.
Focht’s remains were found in a rural area outside Yorkton on April 4th.
