Hey there, I’m Danny Ismond.
I was raised in the beautiful community of Abernethy. Here’s a little background on my hometown that I am so proud of, it’s the home to Motherwell Homestead National Historic Site and where the Len Thompson fishing lures originated. I’ve been at GX94 for over 20 years following my passion for music. For roughly nine months of the year, you’ll find me at a hockey rink near you doing what I love, watching one of my boys. I look forward to hearing from you on the GX94 Morning Show.

Winter's Last Laugh (...Hopefully)
It's starting to feel like a bit of déjà vu, isn't it? Just when you think we've turned the corner, just when you step outside and feel that warm air and start believing spring has finally planted its flag... you wake up and there it is again. Snow. Not much, just enough to remind you who's been in charge...

Pain At The Pump: When Enough Is Enough
You know that feeling when you pull up to the gas station, glance at the price board, and just kind of shake your head? Yeah... that's becoming a regular routine lately. We had that brief, beautiful moment where fuel prices dipped just enough to give us hope. It felt like maybe-just maybe-we were catching a break. And ...
