Yorkton Murder Suspect Released From Custody for Second Time

A Yorkton woman arrested in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last summer, has been released from custody for a second time.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Tue) morning, 19-year-old Taiya Hudy pleaded guilty to breaching a release condition by not reporting to the RCMP on Friday, and she was sentenced to time served.
She’s still charged with the Second Degree Murder of 25-year-old Colin Focht, and will return to court for that matter on July 23rd..
Focht’s remains were found in a rural area outside Yorkton on April 4th.
