Relining sewer lines under Main Street and 8th Avenue East in Melville will be done without having to dig up the streets or disrupt services.

Public Works Manager Andrew Fahlman says this is good news, especially for 8th Avenue East.

The cost is over the budgeted amount of $130-thousand for relining sewer mains in the City, at more than $154-thousand, but the overage will be covered by the Sewer Surplus account.
