Bail has been granted to an Esterhazy man, arrested in November on firearm charges
Last June, RCMP responded to a complaint of a firearm being discharged in Yarbo.
55-year-old John Churchill is now charged with Flight From Police, arising from an alleged incident on May 20th.
Churchill’s matter was heard in Yorkton Provincial Court today (Fri), where he was released on 5-hundred dollars bail, and he must reside at a home in Stockholm.
