The Yorkton RCMP are advising the public of a serious motor vehicle collision 3 miles north of Yorkton on Highway 9.

The investigation is expected to take a significant amount of time, and the main highway will be blocked.

The public is encouraged to take alternate routes if possible and a detour will be set up.

People who go through the crash scene are being asked to slow down and respect the emergency personnel as they assist in the investigation.
