Trial Dates Set for Esterhazy Man Facing Firearm Charges

An Esterhazy man facing firearm charges, now has new trial dates.
The matters for 55-year-old John Churchill were heard in Yorkton Provincial Court today (Tue), where they were adjourned to Esterhazy for October.
Last June, RCMP responded to a complaint of a firearm being discharged in Yarbo, and Churchill was arrested in November.
He faces additional charges of Break and Enter, Careless Storage of a Firearm, Flight From Police, and Dangerous Driving.
