While the federal rate is up to 3.3 percent, Saskatchewan remains below the average, but increased slightly to 2.3 percent, representing 8-thousand unfilled jobs. Quebec leads the way with a 4.1 percent job vacancy rate, but the most vacant jobs number is in Ontario with over 174 thousand vacant positions.
