Saskatchewan premier Scott Moe applauds the Federal Government’s approval of the Trans Canada Pipeline expansion, which was granted yesterday. Although no Saskatchewan oil will flow through Trans Canada, Moe says the province will benefit with the expected increase in the price of western petroleum. But he also says Ottawa must ensure this isn’t the last pipeline to get federal endorsement.
