Summer arrives on the prairies this morning, marking the longest day of the year. The summer solstice officially occurs at 9:54 in Saskatchewan, 10:54 in Manitoba. Today is also National Indigenous Peoples Day. It’s a day to recognize and celebrate the cultures and contributions of the First Nations, Inuit, and Metis peoples of Canada.
