The Regina and District Chamber of Commerce introduced federal Conservative leader Andrew Scheer as their guest speaker at a luncheon. Scheer says even though Saskatchewan will be appealing the carbon tax to the Supreme Court of Canada in December, he and his party still aim to repeal the contentious law. He also added a Conservative government would not re-criminalize cannabis if elected.
