Sask. NDP Say There’s A Crisis In Classrooms

With kids across Saskatchewan either about to or already enjoying their summer holidays, the provincial NDP says an education survey they have asked people to fill out shows a deepening crisis is occurring in our classrooms. Education Critic Carla Beck says what she is seeing is worse than what she anticipated when the survey was launched with teachers, parents and others saying the problems are real and are not being exaggerated. She says the call has been made loud and clear for the government to start funding education in an adequate manner so teachers and students can succeed.
