Sask Power Restoring Service After Canada Day Storm

SaskPower crews continue efforts to restore service in many areas after it was knocked out in last (Mon) nights storm.
The power company’s Jordan Jackle says there were a number of outages in the Kipling area that lasted all night.
“Essentially our crews worked as long as they could lat night but you know for safety reasons due to the damage and the lack of light, they were working in the dark and also jusy the fact that there were weather considerations as well, they decided to wait until first light to get out there and tackle the rest of those.” stated Jackle
Other affected areas included Grenfell, Sakimay and Cowesses First Nations , Kennedy, Kendal, Montmartre, Pilot Butte and Regina.
