Melville RCMP continue to help at the scene of a train derailment near Kelliher.

CN Rail estimates the track will be operational this afternoon between 2 and 4 p.m. today (Sun).

A detour on Highway 15, about 8 kilometres southeast of the town, is in place while train cars are being removed.

Drivers are asked to be aware of personnel working in the area and to travel carefully.

Nobody was injured and no dangerous goods were with the train when in went off the tracks.
