An RCMP officer was injured in a single vehicle accident neat Lestock this weekend. The officer was responding to a call in a marked SUV, when it went out of control in pouring rain Saturday morning, and rolled. The officer, who was the only occupant, was taken to hospital by STARs Air Ambulance, and was treated and released. The accident remains under investigation.
