Second Unlicensed Cannabis Store Opens on Sask. First Nation

For the second time, an unlicensed cannabis store has opened up on a Saskatchewan First Nation.
A store opened last week on the Pheasant Rump Nakota First Nation, located about 33 kilometres west of Carlyle.
Last November, a unlicensed cannabis shop opened on the Muscowpetung First Nation.
In talks with Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale, Saskatchewan Justice Minister Don Morgan says Goodale agreed this issue needs to be dealt with, but as to when, that was never mentioned.
