Teenager Arrested in Connection to Death of Colin Focht Appears in Court

One of four people arrested in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last summer, has appeared in court again.
A 17-year-old boy, who can’t be named due to his age, was in Yorkton yesterday (MON), where he was remanded in custody for Thursday (11th).
Last month, the Crown served notice they would be seeking an adult sentence if he’s convicted.
The three other people arrested for the same alleged incident, also have court appearances scheduled for later this month.
The remains of Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton on April 4th.
