Man Facing Child Pornography Charges Appears in Regina Provincial Court

The case of a 35-year-old man charged with multiple child porn offences has been put over to next Monday (July 15) in Regina Provincial Court.
He can’t be named due to a publication ban, and his co-accused, a 40-year-old man, will be in Red Deer Provincial Court next Wednesday (July 17).
On June 24th, the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit received a tip alleging two men accessing and sharing child pornography and discussing on a social media app sexually assaulting children.
After sharing the tip with the Alberta ICE Unit, searches were done on June 26th, in Rocanville and Red Deer, respectively.
Several electronics were seized, two children were rescued in Saskatchewan and Alberta and two arrests were made.
