Country Thunder in Craven will offer more than just four straight days of country music.

Gerry Krochak Director of Marketing and Communications with Country Thunder says there will be a couple of new attractions with a slingshot ride and a beach volleyball tournament.

Krochak adds over the four days, 80 thousand tickets are expected to be scanned at the gate with 20 thousand expected to attend tonight’s (Thurs) line-up which includes Canadian artist Dallas Smith.

General admission single-day tickets and general admission four-day passes are still available along with camping spaces.
