A 35-year-old man facing several child pornography charges from a joint investigation in late June has appeared in court.

The man, who can’t be named due to a publication ban, was in Regina Provincial Court this morning (Mon) where his matters were adjourned to this Wednesday (17th) for a bail hearing.

His co-accused, a 40-year-old man, will be in Red Deer Provincial Court on Wednesday.

On June 26th, the Saskatchewan and Alberta Internet Child Exploitation Units acted on a tip from two days earlier, alleging two men were accessing and sharing child porn.

Searches were conducted in Rocanville and Red Deer, respectively, where multiple electronics were seized, two children rescued in Saskatchewan and Alberta, and two arrests were made.
