Back to Batoche Days is celebrating its 49th year. The four-day event south of Prince Albert features Metis traditional activities, sporting events and entertainment. The Metis Nation Minister of Batoche says remembering the historical and cultural significance that brings Metis people together from across Western Canada is a happy and emotional experience.
