New Court Date for Roblin RCMP Officer Charged with Numerous Offences

A Roblin RCMP officer facing several charges in connection with an alleged assault last year, was back in court yesterday (THURS).
On December 11th, the Roblin RCMP received a report from a third party that a woman may be the victim of an assault.
Following a lengthy investigation, an officer with the Roblin detachment was arrested on June 6th, in relation to off-duty incidents that occurred in 2017 and 2018.
Constable Jason Kitzul is charged with Assault, Assault with a Weapon and Impaired Driving, and will make his next court appearance on August 15th, in Roblin.
