Cross-border trade, First Nations economic development and water policy are just a few of the issues being discussed at an Economic Summit this week in Saskatoon. The Pacific Northwest Economic Region has ten members , five U.S. states and five Canadian provinces and territories, including Saskatchewan. There are 22 working groups covering a wide range of topics including agriculture, invasive species, drones and First Nation economic development.
