Union Representing SaskTel Employees in 5 Communities Vote in Favour of Strike Mandate

Members of a union representing SaskTel employees in Regina, Yorkton, Melville, Raymore and Kamsack have voted in favour of a strike mandate.
However the union – Unifor Local 1S – said the strike won’t happen until another round of negotiating – set for next month – is done.

They’re seeking improvements to job security, mental health provisions and compensation.
