Cyber-Security Considered One of Biggest Concerns for Goodale

Canada’s Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness minister calls cyber-security one of the biggest concerns facing governments and private enterprise in Canada and the United States.
Speaking at the Pacific Northwest Economic Region Summit in Saskatoon, Goodale says the entire continent is vulnerable if public and private officials don’t stay vigilant by working together seamlessly against the threat.
He says it’s concerning, because Canadian and American energy, banking, transportation, and telecommunications systems are integrated.
