After nearly two weeks of mass protests, Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rosselló says he will step down August 2nd. Secretary of Justice Wanda Vazquez will take over. The protests erupted after a leak of crude and insulting chat messages between Rosselló and his top advisers.
