Suspect Wanted for Series of Armed Robberies on Muscowpetung First Nation Located

A man wanted in connection to a string of armed robberies on the Muscowpetung First Nation has been caught.
25-year-old Jarrett Poitras, who is facing multiple charges, including Robbery with a Weapon and Disguise with Intent, will appear in Regina Provincial Court on Monday (July 29).
On March 4th, RCMP say a convenience store on the Muscowpetung First Nation was robbed of money and tobacco products.
Then on Tuesday (July 23) the same store was robbed and a home at Muscowpetung was broken into.
27-year-old Jere Pinacie, the co-accused in the March incident, is still wanted, while the co-accused in Tuesday’s crimes – 21-year-old Michael Obey – will be back in Regina Court August 1st.
