Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP Need Help in Locating Missing Male with Dementia

The public is being called upon to help the Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP find a missing First Nations man.

RCMP say Gregory Ponicappo, who suffers from dementia and is approximately 60-years-old, left the Lakeview Lodge on the Standing Buffalo First Nation around 3 p.m. today (Mon).

Ponicappo was possibly sighted at a Tim Horton’s in Fort Qu’Appelle on Highway 10 and could be heading to Regina, but Mounties say he has no means of transportation.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black shirt with an Optimus Prime Transformers logo, possibly a hat, and has faded tattoos of a snake and a knife on his arm.

Anyone who may have seen Gregory Ponicappo can contact the Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP detachment.
