The Indian Head RCMP are investigating an incident involving the water treatment plant in Kendal.

Sometime between the evening hours of Wednesday (31st) and yesterday morning (1st), unknown people gained access to the water treatment building and shut off the water for the whole community.

The system has since been restored and water quality was not affected.
