One of two men arrested following a weapons seizure in Yorkton has made another court appearance.

28-year-old Dustin Venne was in Yorkton Provincial Court today, (Tues) where he had his matters adjourned to next Wednesday (14th) for sentencing,

His co-accused, 27-year-old Kristopher McLellan, was sentenced to jail time in June.

On May 6th, the RCMP Crime Reduction Unit conducted a street check on two males and seized two concealed knives, as well as a loaded sawed-off .22 caliber rifle.
