Two Vehicle Collision North of Dauphin Kills Two, Sends Others to Hospital with Varying Injuries

A two vehicle collision 3 kilometres north of Dauphin yesterday evening (Fri) has resulted in 2 deaths and various injuries.
Dauphin RCMP say an eastbound Ford F150 went through the intersection of Provincial Road 362 and Road 147 North and hit the side of a north bound Dodge Ram.
The occupants of the Dodge – two girls, aged 4 and 6, a 30-year-old woman and a female passenger were taken to the Dauphin hospital, where the girls succumb to their injuries while the women have non life-threatening injuries.
The two occupants of the F150 – two 24-year-old men from Dauphin – were also taken to hospital with serious injuries, with one of them later sent to Winnipeg in unstable condition with life-threatening injuries.
Mounties are still trying to determine if alcohol was a factor.
